Provocativo Premium Bubbles

Provocativo is made using the classic cava combination of Xarello, Macabeo and Perellada. Provocativo has undergone a second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional champenoise method. This creates the fine, elegant and well-integrated bubbles that no other method can match. Pale yellow in color it shows subtle aromas of pear, wild flowers and citrus peel on the nose. The palate is creamy and well balanced with a soft acidity and with a rich and lingering finish.
